The EPA Secretariat is based in Darwin. EPA Board meetings are held in regional centres throughout the Northern Territory and have previously been held in Darwin, Alice Springs and Nhulunbuy.

The work of the EPA is undertaken on behalf of the whole of the Northern Territory.
